Mental health has always been important and prevalent in my life. I want to help those who need the warmth, kindness, and help just as I did. Also, let’s take down the stigma surrounding mental health!
WHAT EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE DO YOU BRING TO YOUR ROLE?
I previously worked as a school teacher in Japan where I helped develop course curriculums for students with learning disabilities. Additionally I worked as a volunteer for the crisis hotlines. Currently I am studying to enter programs in Clinical Psychology – working towards achieving my goals of further helping others.

My coworkers and the patients we work with inspire me to do the best I can in the moment and grow with them.

Add a mindful breath into your daily routine, whether it is stepping outside or stopping what you are doing and focus on your breath. We often forget to leave time for ourselves.
